Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper

The primary responsibility of this position will be: Answering phones and directing calls, record review, support for the other team members (copying, faxing, filing etc), some HR and scheduling, and accounts management.
About 16 hours per week will be dedicated to accounts management which include tasks such as: billing insurance companies and other entities for services provided, account reconciliation, follow up and investigation of unpaid claims, acquire authorizations and track when they will expire, collections, data entry, and other various tasks related to managing the accounts.
